Our vision of growth at Salon eleven centers around education and the desire to provide “Full(est) Service” to each and every client. We like to see ourselves as individuals grow in our passion for hairdressing and together as a team to be the salon of choice for the Jackson Metro Area.
Terms & Conditions
Credit Cards used to pay any deposits will remain on file and can be used for future appointment scheduling. Online booking Requires that a credit card be on file.
deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is a no-show or is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice.
Cancellation Policy
All appointment cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Any late cancellations or missed appointments will result in a charge of 50% of the total services scheduled to the credit card on file.
